I offer a 15 minute discovery call to discuss your goals. Then we have a thorough wellbeing review, to agree, in partnership a unique package tailored to your needs.
We discuss what you would love to change from an emotional, physical, and nutritional perspective. This includes any physical or emotional symptoms you are experiencing. In advance you will be asked to complete a detailed questionnaire and food diary. If we suspect food sensitivities or other imbalances I will use kinesiology to determine them. I also give you one simple tailored mind tip to take away.
It depends on the change you want. Preparing for an important presentation or have a phobia you would like to shake? Typically 1-2 sessions is all it takes. However, if we are working on deep change I recommend a six session package, which includes a nutrition programme, kinesiology balancing, and three sessions of NLP, IEMT, and / or hypnotherapy. I also offer ongoing wellbeing coaching.
Very much so and I have extensive experience of working with multiple generations of the same family. Integrative wellbeing works best when all the family are involved - this includes cooking and learning fun mind tools.
