In advance you will be asked to share some details as well as complete a brief mood and food diary. During this 90-minute session we discuss what you would love to change from an emotional, physical and nutritional perspective. This includes any physical or emotional symptoms you are experiencing.
It depends on the change you want. Preparing for an important presentation or have a phobia you would like to shake? Typically 1-2 sessions is all it takes. However, if we are working on deep change I recommend a six session tailored package. I also offer ongoing wellbeing coaching.
